In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact the seller's customer service department as a priority to seek an amicable solution. Failing an amicable resolution, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, in accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Subject to Article L.612.2 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the option of submitting a request for amicable resolution through mediation, within a period of less than one year from their written complaint to the professional.
SYNNEO has designated, by membership registered under number 17755/VM/2601, SAS Médiation Solution as the consumer mediation entity.
To refer the matter to the mediator, the consumer must submit their request:

- Or by email to: mediation@sasmediationsolution-conso.fr
- Or by filling out the online form entitled "Saisir le médiateur" on the website https://www.sasmediationsolution-conso.fr
Regardless of the means of referral used, the request must imperatively contain:
- The applicant's postal, telephone, and electronic contact details,
- The name, address, and registration number at Sas Médiation Solution of the professional concerned,
- A brief statement of the facts,
- A copy of the prior complaint,
- All documents allowing for the processing of the request (order form, invoice, proof of payment, etc.)
